This is our first blog post of 2021. It’s already been two months into the new year, and though it may be a rather slow and awkward start, we sincerely wish all of you a wonderful year ahead.
Last year was dominated by the COVID-19 pandemic, and unfortunately, its effects continue into this year. Nonetheless, we truly hope that 2021 will be a year where light and hope begin to shine through.

Now, turning to project updates:
Construction on the M Residence in Ishikari, which began in September last year, progressed smoothly as planned and was successfully completed in mid-December. The home was handed over to the client, and we believe they have already moved in and are now enjoying a comfortable life in their new residence.

This home is seamlessly integrated with a spacious garage for two vehicles, providing both function and convenience. The exterior features durable Galvalume steel cladding for long-lasting protection and a modern look.。
