For clients outside of Hokkaido, we may ask you to cover actual transportation and accommodation costs.
However, if you proceed with a construction project with us, we can flexibly adjust these costs, such as including them in the total construction fee.

We consider all work up to just before a formal contract to be free of charge.
This includes rough sketches, preliminary plans, and basic models.
If you decide not to proceed with the project at that point, you are free to decline without any obligation.
No fees will be charged unless we move into the basic design phase.
